How? I've been there...

I'm not a coach who's always been a coach. I used to weigh over 18 stone, and it took me years of trial and error going at it myself.

Don't get me wrong, I did try personal training a few times! I remember my first one, the guy was in good shape and I was thinking 'Yeah he's a professional, he'll be able to solve my problems'.

Turns out he had no clue how to coach someone with zero experience in the gym. He just fired me into a generic high intensity workout that had me throwing up my breakfast (on two separate occasions!)

WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENT TO EVERYTHING ELSE I'VE TRIED?
